Had a look at the link, it is pretty much the same thing isn't it only difference is that it is home made and it costs nothing to make. I will post a couple more. I will probably do it again, pay a little more attention to detail, but I think the results are good. The E-30 is cool though and makes this process easier as it can control the flash remotely without having to buy any other gizmos. It can actually control up to 4 flash guns.
